The Book Of Mormon Louisville Theatre reviews
Book of Mormon was terrific!
Great dancing, great singing. Didn't necessarily love the plot, but the talent of the singers/actors more than made up for that. The first act was my favorite. When the guys come out to sing "Hello", you will be blown away by their perfect pitch, amazing voices, and hilarious timing. The second act, with its overtly sexual references, is something to be aware of ahead of time if you are planning to bring children or your conservative mother-in-law. If you want a cheap meal before the show, the Halal chicken and rice at the carts in the theater district is AMAZING. We got ours from King Tut by the fountain across from the Jimmy Fallon show and Radio City Music Hall. After the show, we walked two blocks to Time Square. A wonderful night in NYC!
